We deliver your products anywhere in Kuwait. International shipping and delivery is applicable under specific conditions; please contact us for more details.
All deliveries for online orders are dispatched on the same day or the next working day after the order has been placed. In case an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.
- All orders will be delivered within 120 minutes (2 hours) - Orders should be made between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm.
- Orders received from 09:00 pm to 10:00 am will be delivered Next Day between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm.
All deliveries that contain products that require installation such as aquariums, large scratching posts, will be deliverd within 48 hours.
- A 10 KD additional charge will be applied on long-distance deliveries (farms, chalets and border areas)
- During the holy month of Ramadan all deliveries will be from 2:00 pm to 06:00 pm, if placed after 12:00 pm then the delivery will be next day from 02:00 pm to 06:00 pm
