Points are earned only on completed and paid purchases.
Earning Points
Customers earn points based on the value of their purchases.
Points are credited to the customer’s account once the order is confirmed and completed.
No points are earned on cancelled or refunded orders.
Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed at checkout for discounts on future purchases.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points Validity
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of earning.
Expired points cannot be reactivated.
Limitations
Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
Reward points cannot be combined with other promotional codes, vouchers, or special discounts (unless otherwise stated).
Program Changes
The company reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the reward program at any time without prior notice.
In case of misuse or fraud, points may be revoked, and accounts may be suspended.
