    • pH: 8.1–8.4

    • Alkalinity: 8–12 dKH

  • Temperament: Semi-aggressive; sweeper tentacles can sting nearby corals.

Description

The Branch Hammer Coral (Euphyllia parancora) is a large polyp stony (LPS) coral known for its branching skeleton and hammer-shaped tentacle tips. The “Hologram” morph is a trade name used in the aquarium hobby to describe specimens with iridescent, shifting colours that shimmer under actinic/blue lighting—often appearing metallic green, gold, teal, or rainbow-like, almost like a holographic effect.
